Payday

I got paid today! You guys have no idea how good that felt! Yesterday I had to go into the city for a barista course, which I didn't like. The city is just not for me, I like it out here, by the beach. I'm so not a city girl, I keep noticing. Anyway, last night I went for a solo run, I love those every once in a while. After that we went for drinks at the Rocks, a historic part of Sydney, with Justin, Annika and two of their friends. It was nice, we kinda dressed up, I wore a skirt and proper sandals, not just thongs. It felt a bit weird, since I always wear shorts, and sneakers or flip flops.

Today we went canoeing with Justin and Annika, and it was awesome! We went to a part of Sydney called the Sutherland Shire, and did the canoeing. It was so nice. We went swimming as well, and then paddled back to the place we hired the canoes from. We had a not so good lunch at that place, and now I'm about to go for a run! Will definitely spend this night at home, doing nothing important. Tomorrow I'll be working for a few hours, to practice my coffee making skills.
