This is what one looks like at the airport in Singapore, going in the opposite direction as last time.
I have now been traveling for 16+ hours and there's still around 16 hours to go before I touch down in Helsinki, IF there's room for me on the flight. I have to wait for another 2,5 hours before I can try to check in again. The joy of traveling. My week in Sydney flew by faster than I even realised I was there. We moved, we baked, we cooked, we hung out, we did some minor shopping, and I was happy to be back home. I also agonised over having to choose what to do, to stay in Sydney or to go back to Finland. In the end I managed to get the best of both worlds, by deciding to go back home for a little while, and then fly back to my newer home as soon as possible. My last day in Sydney was pretty good, a long morning, followed by tea in a book cafe, hanging out at home, last minute shopping in Bondi Junction, cooking, hanging out again, packing and building the Sydney Opera House in Legos. (Stef's goodbye surprise to me, that I got to build with LEGOS) I didn't sleep at all during my last night, as I jumped into a cab to go to the airport at 5am. Planning on sleeping throughout the entire SIN-HEL flight if I get on board.
My pappa will meet me at the airport, and drive me to my mamma's house. That will be nice.
Conclusion; going back to Finland right now is the weirdest thing I have ever experienced in my entire life.
