DE-stressing

Work has been so stressful lately due to a ton of changes, it's completely exhausting just to be there. To fight this, and the extreme exhaustion I feel every day when leaving the airport, I decided to start working out again. (Been a bit too lazy on that part lately) So I started this day by waking up at 6am to take Siiri out, then went to the gym for a spinning class, came home and had breakfast, went for a long walk with Siiri and will take her for yet another one before I leave for work. It's been a while since I've felt this much energy! It also helps that the sun is shining.


Other things that help are tea, sleep, being outdoors and a little furry nose next to me most of the time.
